Google has finally added telephone support for their Google Adwords product. If you advertise using the Google AdWords Pay Per Click advertising platform, then you can finally get free phone support. Previously, Google AdWords only provided support via email and online only.
Starting today, for all of Google’s U.S. and Canada-based AdWords customers, you can call 1-866-2-Google between Monday-Friday, 9am-8pm Eastern Standard Time. That’s for current Google AdWords advertisers. you need to already have an account number for Google AdWords.
Keep in mind that this new telephone support if completely different than the Google AdWords phone support that they offer for new customers. If you are a new Google Adwords customer, then you need to call 1-877-721-1738 on Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 9:00pm Eastern Standard Time. They will evaluate your advertising needs and discuss your advertising goals–and help you set up your campaign.
Google is planning on rolling out telephone support for their International Google AdWords customers in the next few months.
