We’re sure you’ve seen at least one of the “Sh*t ____ say” YouTube videos, whether it be the original “Sh*t Girls Say” or one of the many spin offs. When the original came out, we laughed and nodded at the humorous accuracies. One spin off led to another spin off led to twenty other spinoffs that filled up our Facebook newsfeeds. Eventually, we thought, “Enough already.”
Then last week our CEO sent an office-wide email that said, “I usually don’t send these, but this one hit too close to home.” It contained a link to the “Sh*t Project Managers Say” YouTube video. Our project manager, Paul, came out of his office holding his side with tears streaming down his face from laughing so hard. It was spot on.
That’s when we decided to jump on the spin-off bandwagon to create a “Sh*t Social Media Pros Say” video. We knew it would only be funny to people in the social media industry, so for everyone else, we apologize for adding yet another distracting video to your newsfeed.
